This company GHI will drain every ounce of blood out of you, they are on information overload with clinicals that you rarely use and marketing materials that could build a bridge to nowhere. What the people here don't know how to do is sell a test and why it's important for patients and the practice.
They are a petty and nasty group of people that will gossip about you and find something wrong with you, this is not a functional group of people and the turnover is high. Advice to management if someone is making their numbers why ride their A** on subjective nonsense.
This is a Zombie company they preach "diversity" but the the truth is they want everyone to be the same political party, go to the same clubs, vote for the same people drink the same koolaid.
If one person decides they don't like you they will make sure the rest join in on the hate fest.
    Stay away ...stay far away.

You are a fool. Please resign. This company is awesome. You are isolated.

Far from isolated and hopefully will be resigning soon in the first quarter. The sad thing is I gave been here almost 6 years and this place has more turnovers than a bakery. The petty firing of people has been downright sick like a scene from reality TV. Everyone is afraid to say or do one thing wrong and no one shows any respect for their co workers they tattle like high school kids about unimportant things. The majority of us say very little..show up to the buzz light years happy hour for 35 minutes, make an appearance then get out of there fast. Rarely do any of us go to clubs or dinner together. If you order the wrong thing on the menu you hear about it the next day. I never recommend GH to my friends in biotech industry. Company culture is be a VULTURE.

GHI is by far the best company I've ever experienced in a 16 year career. It's a bit heavy with management right now but overall it's a great company culture and we are paid well in the diagnostic space.
