After getting rid of associate director -biostat (because he refused to manipulate data for Rolontis in his TFLs from some old amgen Nuelasta data)

SPPI now is looking for a Director-DM and a Director-Biostatistics so these people can be pushed into this shady task of manipulating data. FDA already has it's focus on SPPI since their D grade self promoted VP-Gajanan Bhat trried o fabricate and fool FDA in September 2016 ODAC meeting. That's why he can't represent SPPI in FDA as he got very very bad reputation there.

Now only a fool will join SPPI and Gajanan in this dirty data burgalry & manipulation. BTW, who would put their careers and happiness in the line for these crooks.

Thanks! this is Sean (no last name :). A recruiter contact me 2 days ago and my reply was obvious. !Hell No!

Nobody will work for their Biometric as their VP-biometric knows nothing. In one of the statistical events he couldn't even classify the difference between a 'probability' and it's 'frequency' with any occurrence 'subdivion'.
It's funny :) as one of their key NDA compound's key analysis is based on this all.

No surprised... BS start-up I worked at FIRED 2 clinical directors for refusing to LIE on Ph 2 data which was piss poor. Nevertheless they proceeded to 2 Ph 3 for survival and progression free knowing it will FAIL in hopes of getting acquired and milk the investors. CEO who was well known to LIE was fired by BoD for lying.

Oh! Is he the same Gajanan Bhat who took one of the statistical chair in Irvine coz no one was willing to take that position coz it was sheer waste of time? If yes, I'll say this joker is not even a statistician then. He dont know statistics and stammers a lot while speaking.

Guess Why? SPPI lost in ODAC. I will surprise if SPPI management keep him for long. He is a sheer waste.

Yes, he is the same one. I just came out of SPPI from a Biostat role and can tell you Gajanan knows nothing. In SPPI's 15 year celebration @ Dave and Buster's (Irvine) he had Anil's d*ck in his mouth and said to me that FDA guys are fools and are mere clerks and if SPPI go 10 times to FDA with the same data..they will eventually end up approving Rolantis and Qapzola. It's good that I came out right time from here. Heard this thug is now looking for another Biostat guy as a scapegoat if anything goes wrong.

LOL do they know that they're in shit creek (like rest of India where they defecate everywhere) with FDA? Hell FDA knows bout these jokers and will spend additional resources including those who have experience nailing so many Indian liars during inspections to dig ever deeper. These amateurs fxcks are so fxckin dumb that they think FDA is full of low caste clerk types they can fool?

Anyway time to short this turd!

Agree all...Most of the post you read online on websites lik Zack or seeking alphas or other portals are somehow paid or intigated by SPPI. Today's article on seeking alphas - writer himself says in Disclosure - "I am/we are long SPPI"

How can this person be not biased?

Spectrum Pharmaceutical is a company of thugs run by a THUG Indian CEO who should be in JAIL by now.
One should Look into his bank accounts in Cayman Islands, South Africa, India, Malyasia, Singapore and all his assets deeply. All looted from poor stockholders by faking many things.

Heard after an ex-director (drug safety) complained to drug agencies about Anil Hiteshi's cronie acts on safety and rgulatory..FDA to keep a keen eye on Anil Hiteshi. His submissions and actions will be closely watched, observed and audited. Now a days you will see him pretty quite & not talking to anyone coz daddy Raj told him to to do so to save his Ass, which is a reason how fearful he is about what he did in past few years.

Oh! That's why now a days I see Gajanan obeying and following Anil a lot. He acts as if he is his slave. Is Anil asking Gajanan to cook DATA on Raj's request?

What do you know about Gajanan Bhat and Anil Hiteshi?

Won't Gajanan fail us in ODAC for Rolantis as he did for Qapzola/Eoquin/ Apaziquone as ODAC is very much likely to happen for Rolantis too?

I am full aware of all vendors they use and what practices they use to make things happen. Is SPPI ever gonna get into new oncology or will they always try to spin very old oncology products or so?

Psst - do these bootlickers have attorneys? Cos they might find themselves in a prison for cooking data unless of course they do a plea deal for lesser sentence and testify against their sugar dadday. And for y'all there is nice reward too!

False Statements and Omissions to the FDA
Pharmaceuticals and certain medical devices must be approved by the Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) before they can be sold to the public. As a consequence, new drugs and devices must undergo testing in clinical trials by pharmaceutical companies and device manufacturers to demonstrate their safety and efficacy. Providing false data to the FDA or withholding negative data from the FDA about the efficacy of a pharmaceutical drug or medical device in clinical research trials to get FDA approval to sell and market the pharmaceutical drug or medical device can form the basis of a qui tam/whistleblower action.

If you know or suspect that a pharmaceutical company or device manufacturer has made false and misleading statements or omissions in connection with the approval process for a drug or medical device, please contact

Enough of Requested this Poziotinib hype and self boasting of internal results which no one knows but really cheats innocent public and shareholders

Request FDA to really take Samples of Poziotinib ( beta formulation ) and do the test it in LAB and in-patient to see whether it really returns the amount of Objective Response (mind you not overall, SPPI fools everybody by saying Objective ..ha ha ha) claimed by SPPI and see how true are they.

This stock hype Game SPPi is playing is very dangerous for innocent public and hopeful patients.

Is there anyone apart from 1 doctor, John Hemmeck who has evaluated this drug and has positive data. How foolish can market go believing in just 1 person (no matter who he is). Just a commercial presentation by a doctor to boost stock and big investor believes it.

Seriously something is terribly wrong here. Who cooked data.

I vouch if somebody takes his drug and do a real lung cancer trial with patients who has exon-20 mutation. Truth will come out.

Wow lying SOBs are at it again this time with guarantee to fail in the crowded field of EGRF Her 2 Her 4 drug? LOL - now why didn't other big pharmas license in Poziotinib from Hanmi? Afterall Hanmi supposedly had strings of licensing deals, albeit with FAKE data and not report AEs like deaths, with Sanofi, BI, J&J and Genentech?

And yeah the holy grail to treat NSCLC with few cherry picked data points from their ONE paid tout doc? Just follow the hidden money trails... It's an interim Ph 2 for heavens sake - dime a stinkin dozen! BTW this no doubt another junk drug ONLY in the midst of Ph 2 trial survival or progression free?

You think the FDA will test the drug in a "lab" and get objective response? Do you actually work for an oncology company? Do you know anything about drug development and clinical studies? I remember a few weeks ago Raj speaking about "bad apples". I think we need to first root out ignorance.

SEC has all eyes on CEO Raj and his tout BODs and Kurt G of finance and his top managers.

Raj fooled investors with Poziotinib gimmick through just 1 doctor by faking much data and fake output. Now, as per his top brass who hates him said that CEO Raj is all ypti award himself hug bonus and stock options and he will distribute big bonuses to everybody.

One of CEOs close by manager said that CEO Raj has already taken $22 mil ,$25 mil, $27 mil during 2011 to 2013 as cash bonus apart from stocks and salary while company was mere $234 mil. This time also he will do the same but this time he is afraid of many inspections and audits so he will trickle down big unwantd bonuses to his managers and they are spreading this news to whole market like a fire to dry brushes.

I heard in Friday's annual SPPI Christmas party yet again all CEO favorites got awards. All was a setup. CEO Raj praised Chander Vasnandani (his partner) and Joker Anil Hiteshi. Gajanan Bhat, Mike Grabo and few others were put in for executive leadership award but everybody knew Raj will give it to Brent ( VP project management).

Reason was simple - Raj has sent first a bombshell employee Katrina to Dr. John Heymach to make him agreed on marketing POZIOTINIB and then Brent closed the deal so Brent had to be awarded Best executive award. When Market already know what Raj will do next ha ha ha. As per internal SPPI laders Raj is a real r***** who will only fade away by his age so all are either waiting there to wait till Raj sells this company and they all become rich or Raj will untimafely fade away and will leave/bail out. Foolish Raj thinks he is in control but in real his every move is always and expected and known to his employees and market.

I would never put a single money of mine into such a crooked place.

I would better put all my money to $Bitcoin and see it quadruple in next 12 months. One would be a fool to trust this shady company at large.

This article below is nothing but self vaost and false....

    https://seekingalpha.com/news/3327986-spectrum-pharmas-rolontis-par-neulasta-late-stage-study-shares-ahead-7-percent-premarket?

One of SPPI doctor told me, ROLANTIS is by far no match to Amgen's NUELASTA. ROLANTIS is way too inferior than NUELASTA. If any body gives Nuelasta Vs Rolantis to two separate patients in a separate setting other then SPPI rigged clinical trials they will know Rolantis does not cure Neutropenia while Nelasta is a Wonder drug for the same.

I think AMGEN will also do speperate analysis and will report all to FDA soon about this to save their drug from such counterfiets.
