There are many more horrible bosses out there who make our lives a daily, miserable hell. All this talk about a great company culture is a joke. If it's so great, why is rep after rep leaving. A 10:1 ratio of reps to manager is still small. Should be minimum of 20:1.
There's a few managers who made it out this round but have NO business managing, yet even being around other human beings.
Shifting blame as always-management creates a hostile and demotivating environment and then says "it's your, fault we treat you crappy"
They must have needed money for commissions or the new lab...it's the only way horrible people get fired around here!!!
