They need to get rid of area owners, those corrupt idiots have favorites. They got rid of most. The people in charge will never take pay cuts.

The way I see it; they're looking at everyone right now but quietly.

They want to catch the slow people being slow, the lazy people being lazy, the talkers talking, and the wanderers wandering around.

No quartlery meetings, no bullshit about numbers are going up. And our product isn't selling more right now, summer is coming, our primary customers are taking extended vacations.

So whats your point? That the executives in utica are making money and the rest of the organization isn't? Look up the latest proxy statement and you will see it isn't true. all of them made over $1 million last year!! how much did you make??????

Called the one guy left that knows about video and heard he's leaving. Can't blame anyone for doing what's best for their family, but WTF?

  6. They are selling off the safety stock. So, many departments have very little work.

Work, my slaves, don't complain or you'll be replaced.

Far too many directors & all of them know nothing about how we work
All they care about is the money and looking good
WR, RS, EB, just to name a couple

you are so right on the directors not knowing anything, along with some of the people who report to them
RS, EB, WRC are 3 of the top ones

It's actually hysterical watching this train wreck. They fire all the worker bees that know what they're doing. Then the directors and VPs coast along by throwing more work at those that remain. Any senior person left is given more and more projects but they're interviewing like crazy. So when they finally quit the whole house of cards collapses. All becuase corporate can't grow revenue and has to meet earnings by chopping. And the dead wood is actually in middle management. We don't even make any of our own stuff and management still is able to F it up.

The House of Cards analogy is dead on, but this has been going on for 3+ years. When does the House topple? I don't disagree that everyone is looking for jobs, but their hasn't been a mass exodus. Just a couple of people here and there every month, like someone said earlier "Death by a thousand cuts". When does the music stop and the whole thing come crashing down?

Bid difference today. So many fewer lower level employees than 3 years ago! No where for middle management to hide! House of cards!!!

I'll be anxious to hear how many get let go this year. I was part of the 2016 layoffs and boy was I relieved. Just wish I could've survived until a buy out!

Will CH survive another year of underperforming sales and expectations? Will more ex Stryker employees get hired to line up a buy out better? Will Largo finally shutter in 2018? Stay tuned and find out in the next exciting episode ... of Conmed Ball Z!
