OK, so you don't want to be rat. You don't want to snitch on the hand that feeds you. After all you NEED that job and you WANT that bonus, promotion, Co car etc etc. Who can blame you after all? Anyone would do the same if they had the chance to get this coveted job pushing pills for the bigpharmafia. These jobs are fewer and fewer but they still pay far better than average or any other legal, ethical, moral job. But then the one you do, is none of this.
FINE. But for devil sake, why don't you stand up for them? Why don't you defend them right here, saying it ain't so, whatever they say or sad here about your beloved bigpharmafia company, called Novartis. That is what you are expected to do anywhere else you are. Remember what you do when some doctors dare to "attack" or otherwise do not believe what you are saying to them about your pills? You are trained to defend and find any excuse or reason to prove IT AIN'T SO.
Is silence same as admitting the guilt, after all. Or you too are doing exactly what this and any other bigpharmafia Co does when confronted with anything not in their favor: NO CEMENT (without even saying "NO COMMENT").

The reality is that the very system is in compliance with what they do and how they run their bigpharmafia biz, as an ultimate mafia organization. The Colombian drug lords and any other norcomafia in the world has nothing on the Bigpharmafia you are working for and your govt is supporting absolutely and blindly.
All you needed was to watch the documentary about American bigpharmafia recently shown on the only truth driven media network RT TV. Such documentary would never be shown on CBC, CTV ,NBC, CNN or any other corporate/govt controlled media in Canada or America.
The only comforting thing for a decent person and people in America is that there you can sue those bastards via FCA (you don't and will never have in Canada) with reluctant help by their DOJ and govt. That law was introduced in USA sometime in 19th century to protect then govt from crooked capital. Today such law would never be introduced in American, under any party, for they both are owned by the corporations and their crooked elite.
As fr you working in bigpharmafia, you are the same as those working in and for any other mafia. This is the "life you chose" and you have no alternative then to go along and do your best to carry out there criminal orders, for you simply need this job. Ain't it the truth?
Sadly same goes for every person working in these countries, for this is the way of life and there is nothing anyone can do about it. At least till the people, who are always good had enough. That may come sooner then you think, for those using criminal/mafia ways will have usurped so much wealth and impoverished so many, that one day those "many" will simply snap. Personally, hope not to be around at that time. It ain't going to be pretty, especially for "them" and those who supported them blindly.

As we said many times, even if 5% ,of what has been reported on cafepharma everywhere, were true, it is enough to put many working in this crooked biz, called bigpharmafia, in jail for long time. Yet nothing happens to them or their cos. Why? We don't have good enough laws to get them and people like you have no guts or decency to come forward. They could be prosecuted under current laws, but we need proof and witnesses.

Do you know what Rx&D is? Of course you do. But for those who don't we can briefly tell them: it is a self-governing body of the Bigpharmafia business. The main role of this bigpharmafia club is to make sure no one finds out what the crooked cos are doing to loot and plunder our public health system. The new year is coming. It is the new 2016 and it is well over a decade since the Bigpharmafia, this company and many others have been exposed as simply crooked in every possible meaning of that word. Numerous crimes have been reported here on Canadian cafepharma, far, far....more on American version. Just visit it, if you have not ,and be shocked.
The good old custom of wishing someone and anyone (even including your enemies) HAPPY NEW YEAR is still well and alive, for those who deserve it.
What do you do in case of this biz, called Bigphrmafia by many? Yes, the mafia of bigpharma business, that is what they are, judging by what they do, how they do it and how they affect billions of people worldwide in 3 ways: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.
Ok, so they do some good for which they are paid very well thank you. But because they think they are so important and deserving, they do their Bad and Ugly, for they think and believe they deserve to do this and we owe them anything they want to take, via the bad and ugly, for that little bit of good they do in the first place.
Simple example: Novartis develops a rare good drug, that even saves some few lives. Sells it at premium price and makes billions - The Good. But this is not enough for them. They then invent fake indications and promote the drug out of label to make even more profits - The Bad. Then they use all kinds of other crimes, like bribes, fake trials and so on and so forth to further their goal of making even more profits - The Ugly. Why all this? Because they "deserve "it. This is at least what they thing, believe and keep telling everyone who cars to listen.
So the crime goes on and on and the world's health care systems get looted and plundered on and on. Billions upon billions are lost to these criminals, just because they "deserve" them as the result of few good things they do. What about other industries? Food ans shelter and clothing for instance. Do they do these things too? No. Bigpharmafia is the only one that gets away with this kind of Worldwide crime.
So what CAN you wish to such low life crooks on the occasion of this tradition of ushering the new year?
You wish them what they deserve:

Now that few hundreds of you read this, the question remains: Is there even one of you out there, who would dare to defend the indefensible that this Co and every other bigpharmafia Co are the biggest crooks in any business??? "Novartis (USA) shells out $390M to settle specialty pharmacists kickback scheme". The new Don of this Bigpharmafia, Joe Jimenez ,who was "made" into the new Don after the Don of Dons, Den Vasella took his billions and moved to Monaco to enjoy the life of fruits of crime , he did all his life, made a statement that Novartis admits no liability but will pay the this huge fine (cost of doing crime for them), and move on.Yes folks, this is how it works in capitalism American style, practiced by all.
You steal, cheat, murder (via their drugs) and otherwise abuse the world, when "caught" you pay the fine (part of your loot), admit nothing and move on.
It is like if you killed someone, they caught you with the blood dripping knife over the body. You admit nothing, pay a token fine for having a knife in your hand and move on to kill some more, with the same knife.
With this fine, Novartis is close or surpassed the 1 Billion mark in fines in USA. Funny thing though, Novartis Canada and Novartis in any other country, does the same things locally. Yet no one is after them , not even to pay that token fine. Why? Simple. You don't have effective laws for bringing them to pay that fine. In America they do have it, but they too are short in handing out the true replenishment, jail or death (as they do China).
That would stop them, but will not be done till the next French style revolution worldwide is done. It is coming.

 

Some time ago, someone who claims that they have all kinds of evidence this co was involved in all kinds of illegal, immoral, unethical even criminal activity, posted he/she would make steps to bring this crooked Co to justice, once the terror of harperite tyranny is over.
Apparently they did not feel that a neocon, conservative, brutal, absolutely on the side of business, be it good, bad or ugly, Harpo govt would even consider doing anything to "hurt" the crooked hands that feed them.
Of course, this was absolutely right and if the evidence was withhold till you have a fair and for the people by the people govt. it was the right thing to do. Had they come forward, the evidence would have been taken, suppressed and the crime covered up. Just as Novartis does via the BPO, in case you come forward internally with the evidence of "misconduct" as they like to call it.
If you do that as a whistle-blower (which by the way you are OBLIGED to do, by the internal regulations of your company if you are aware of any misconduct done by employees or management) the evidence you have , will be taken and you will be out in no time as a undesirable. In other words you would commit a work related suicide.
But if you are in possession of evidence and you are smart, know what the Co is all about, you do not go internally. Fuck the BPO and all the rest. You take the evidence outside and blow the whistle to the authority, not Rx&D or company.
Of course we have seen that this is not profitable in Canada as in USA, due to no good laws in Ca.
But if the person or persons who have the evidence want to do the right thing and finally expose this Co to the force of the law, that can be done for you still have laws against corporate crime, but it is harder to enforce as you know.
Now with Justin in place and population of the country having had with pro-biz govts. anyone with the real evidence may have a far better chance to do the right thing and get the right outcome.
In our opinion, exposure to media first (as Toronto star did many times) which would force the govt to act against the crooks who defrauded your health care system to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars.
Go head and do it, it is the right thing to do.

Christmas, that joyous season, ain't it? Yet your "coveted" Christmas bonus in the grand total of $50.00 (yes that is fifty dollars, believe it or not to the newcomers reading this) is not coming as it has for years and years, starting when $50.00 was worth something. Like 1/50 part of the price of a new CAR. Yes they cancelled it few years ago to "control" the cost and save in the name of the very existence of this multi billion dollar or even Swiss frank corporation.
Yes, this company is some peace of evil work. You have lied for them, cheated for them, promoted out-of-label for them, conducted fake post marketing trials for them, bribed doctors and anyone else who can help sell their shit for them. You even stole for them, directly or indirectly from anyone they ordered you to steal from...and so on and so on. This of course on top of some legal, moral, ethical decent...work you do occasionally for them. Yet they cancelled that symbolic Christmas bonus, thus reducing you to just a means to an end. Yes that is what you are for them, a means to an end they have planned and you implemented to loot this and every other health plan on this planet.
What is your reward for this: Ok good wages and some occasional sales bonus they throw at you. If you consider the extra hundreds* of millions you generated for the Co. via the illegal, immoral, unethical and frankly criminal activity you do under their orders, you should be wallowing in money just like the management pigs do. Yet you don't even get a Christmas bonus any longer.
What else can we say?
To the corporate pigs: un-MARRY FOUCKING CHRISTMAS. To you the poor bastards, the usual no bonus MARRY CHRISTMAS.
