This company is a cancer to the sole of those of us who worked or now working here, lead by ass wipes; TH, JB, and others who careless about their teams than themselves. Get out, get out, now!

It’s a culture of: if we repeat something over and over, then that makes it true, despite the mounds of evidence that show otherwise. Anyone who does not buy into this will be systematically attacked.

    Shut up and do it
    Don’t ask questions
At least you have a job
    Bully managers
    Spineless area directors
It comes from the very top
    It’s policed by HR
If you don’t like it leave
    Am I wrong?

Not wrong at all, and what about these culture initiative to focus on your strengths. Puhleeeez. Most Bayer managers only spew the rhetoric and likely don't even remember your "strengths", unless they can exploit it in some way to make themselves look good.

Let's face it, Bayer has a long and tenured history of hideous behavior. Google it, seriously, their long list of heinous behavior has set a tone for the evil that lurks here to this day. It's shameful.

The problem is that you have these inexperienced people who want to climb to the top and really don’t care what they need to do to get there. Their greatest weapon is to be a bully, because Bayer tolerates all levels of bullying. It is widely accepted, and in fact encouraged. These people have an uncanny ability to get people to kiss their asses, but little do the ass-kissers know they literally talk about how disposable they are and how they are willing to ax them in a minute, right behind their backs. But, the ass-kissers are afraid and who can blame them? Bullying is rampant here, just be sure to document and record it (check your state laws, but most states allow it). You may need it someday.

    Nelson!!!!!

Help us please. THE ABDS in your division are known for ‘riding along’ and then promptly turning people into compliance for an investigation. Is this a TRUST builder?

Current vacancies in the RBM position have something to do with this behavior from our ABD. What happened to a culture that builds people up?

A great way to annoy the hell out of Klaus Marten is to talk about culture. He knows nothing about it as he as cultured as a steak filled donut with a condom.

wait til LH loses more people over the stupid decision she is making now. Her ambiguous feedback is maddening. She will lose more people from the western area because they are highly capable, qualified people. They need no more development than someone from the external candidate pool. It is just a sad joke because she has the least amount of information about what these teams need. She doesn’t know them. She doesn’t even really know the west area business. I mean

SG and NA may care and want to change culture in the US but there is still a move to push out the tenured people in WHC. It is on going and very prevalent so don’t be fooled.

Bayer is the most corrupt, toxic and immoral place to work that there is. Its history is sick, it bought Monsanto, which singlehandedly killed of farming with GMO seeds, poisoned the earth AGAIN with Roundup and is still paying and now hiding under this sick company. The new drugs are lies and poison marketed as lies. NEW MOA? Kerendia is the same as Eplerenone, SAME DRUG, Spironolactone. There is aHUGE lawsuit brewing and people are running!
