Still getting 2% annual raises?

    How some of you people come on here and distort others comments is astonishing. The fact is what we're sick of regarding some new people, are your attitudes. No one blamed you for where they are. Fact: we're also tired of watching incompetent people get promoted & then having them tell us what to do. Most of us are happy to be where we are!

    I have launched products and am happy where I am. We will just wait and see who is successful,at launch.

    That is the most ignorant, stupid, and oblivious statement I have heard in a long time. Creating an entire market into the billions of dollars where physicians have to get a special license to treat "dirty" addicts who they don't believe exist in "their" practices while attracting ongoing scrutiny from the government takes a unique set of skills. Oh then moving customers from the old product to the new version to market share into the upper 70% to build business to $1.5ish billion. The newer CLs, CSs, whatever they are, and mostly GT, MJ, and VK have no visible passion, sincerity, or concern for anything except I am not sure what.

    Now we have all these immature CS’s who are job hoppers and had to change jobs frequently because they can’t sustain a good performance long enough to stay employed at one company. You think people don’t know...
