Solid source has it there are no layoffs planned at this time, and we are good through the end of calendar year 2018. LOE for Uloric was taken into account during last RIF. Merry Christmas, and a Happy New FULL Year with no layoffs! Go Sell, Be Happy!!

Allergan is laying off and possibly selling their GI or women’s health division. Several post on two threads have accurate information in them. The problem is the junk that gets posted. Keep in mind that the structure we live in now will change. Takeda has a management problem at the top that keeps our situation fluid. Scenario 1 that was proposed in October has moved to scenario 2 the latter part of December. An opportunity missed by BJ was the cause for this. Stay close to your DM. They carry more power in determining reps future than they ever have.

So I read that? The question that begs to be asked are we picking up GI? Then there’s Syenergy with desperate discounts. What did BJ miss?

So we are buying TiGenix. Im sure good for the overall company. A good thing for primary care reps or just more money they can’t spend on primary care? At least it shows they are actually trying to buy a pipeline.

what EVER happened with the possibility of SALIX. There are three GI companies possibly up for grabs but we get emails on Neuro Science.

Don’t count on GI for immediate sell anytime soon. Seems we are moving in a different direction for the time. As has been pointed out, fluid environment and missed opportunities.

I'm seeing this; GI specialty yes, especially in two years. No IBS-D drugs for us (yes I was hoping).
