I HATE Teva ... leadership from field managers all lie and truly only look out for themselves .,, they ran off or down sized all the respect leadership all the way to the BOD ... every company they have bought, took over whatever they have destroyed the success, drive, character and enjoyment of everyone at those respective companies! Most of the TP reps that are still around are loyal and hardworking but they are all exhausted mentally and physically for this last few years, I have seen the toll on many reps and managers health!

We all hate and more importantly don’t respect 90% of the TN division from reps to HO! They do so much dirty and corrupt behavior in the field, managers look the other way and HO applauds as still as they exceed quota their golden egg has cracked and it’s time to pull everyone down with them ... JG, JH, even sweet LD all need to be gone and hopefully BO sees that or even has a say!

Fie TP, TS and JR also are useless bags of wind that will say or do anything to benefit themselves. No one respects them anymore! NO ONE

And how about TR and TO no mention of them! Are we even keeping those divisions?!

How about the probability that our new home office will be at the Actavisbuilding in NJ?! What, how and why? Sell everything on east coast Teva, move all
Operations to KC where it’s cheaoer and I’m sure property is cheaper to buy and build this company back up again! I hear Teva doesn’t even own that new building they’re just renting! It’s central for entire country for meetings, HO commutes, training, R&D, pharmacy and on and on!

And maybe just maybe a few good, hard working and honest people from TP, TN, TR and TO will stay around!

Peace out 2017 from a Teva employee who doesn’t have a golden parachute!

I couldn’t of said it better myself! This company has sucked the life out of me! Cephalon was the greatest company ever! Excellent leadership and culture!

What is going on here at Teva??? New year and still no communication from above...except for my calendar appointment for January field ride! Does leadership not realize everyone is still sitting around wondering if we will have jobs by mid-January! My manager says no layoff but there has to be some type of restructuring plan...right? O'Grady said he wasn't a fan of mirrored territories...the profit horse Copaxone is limping to it's grave and Austedo launch is a failure (even if leadership won't admit it) and yet we've been given no specifics at all. And making us schedule our flights for the NSM doesn't = job security as last year the layoff in TP occurred after all those folks had their flights booked.

On a side note...the help desk is absolutely worthless!

Teva is tanking.... read the Israeli analysts... get on the investor call on Monday and listen well to a carefully scripted Kare. He's making his millions either way--/ and no one will blame him if he can't keep this joke of a company afloat. Everyone knows it was the pathetic incompetence of the leadership of the last five years that dug this hole. Kare has not cleaned house enough - the vps etc will stay as long as they can to eek out every paycheck they can get. no one else wants them- do not trust your manager-- stepford wives... you will be happier and healthier elsewhere. Good luck.

  6. Agreed. Kare got his sign on bonus. He can go anytime and not be criticized. Erez was incompetent. Jeremy had the right ideas but was not allowed to execute.

All in all... not only does leadership need to go... Teva needs a new board.

If you haven’t gotten out, then get out.

Kare’s $3 billion cut is supposed to be used to pay down debt from the actavis acquisition. Any loss of additional Capaxone revenue will eat away at that $3 billion and that debt will not be able to be paid.

This will require additional cuts. Not to mention, they will take care of the employees in Israel before the US. They are delaying the layoffs and plant closings over there already. Watch and see... if the numbers do get better, they will keep the plants in Israel open and terminate in other countries.

Face it, the vultures are circling.

    Get out now.
