.....next week. Welcome to our world Bryan Hanson where, in ZB's never-ending pursuit to sacrifice our futures for Wall Street's quarterly expectations, investments in such silly things as satisfied employees, QC, manufacturing capacity and rewarding the sales force are irrelevant.

I've had it. This company just sucks; time to move on to Stryker.

If you are looking at 6%, you are either a ZB Warsaw shill or you don't know how to negotiate.

I can't speak for the guy who started this thread, but both Depuy and Stryker have big sign ons and multi year guarantees on the table for my team. I hear there are a few ZB Distributors who do the right thing, but the direct organizations are miserable.

It's time to take care of ourselves, ZB won't.

Only losers make 6% at Stryker, if you have business to bring over you have all the power you need.

Direct is the worst model going! Look at the direct model in KC...a total joke and those reps all know it. Managers only care about moving up and retirement!!

The music is about to stop and you won’t have a chair. You better move quick, no one with any experience or swing makes 6%. This is a myth to keep you from moving to get a chair. Time is really ticking now because distributors will be gone and we will be owned by another company. This company, in the current state, is gone. If you think otherwise, you are about to learn a real tough life lesson.....no one gives a crap about you. The truth sucks when you accept it for what it is.
Better start calling and working out your deal before all slots in your territory are filled

My team and I are all moving to a competitive company at the end of the month. Nice post above with great thoughts on the current state of affairs. If you’re not looking then you’re just an idiot box opener with no leverage

Its not exactly time for McDonalds but it is time to put an exit plan in place with a competitor. Seems pretty obvious that it’s going to get worse soon
