I don't believe it, he's as dull and as dry as the desert in the dead of summer. Since your laughing at his stupid jokes, then what does that make you?

When your prescriptions-based sales goals go away: MBO's (Management-Based Objectives) are coming to a pharma company near you! Some, including GSK and some divisions of Merck, do this and more companies will be moving to this model:

This glimpse of the near future paved the way for Colleen Schuller, head of global selling excellence at GlaxoSmithKline, to talk about the drugmaker’s ongoing commitment to the removal of individual sales rep targets. GSK announced this approach some years ago, although the catalyst was as much a reaction to scandal as a concern for employee engagement and empowerment. It came in the wake of bribery allegations against GSK in China in 2013, prompting then-CEO Andrew Witty to overhaul the existing compensation scheme with one geared to encouraging reps to provide information to doctors more “clearly, transparently, and without any perception of conflict of interest.”

Shut up with your bull crap!!! This is a toxic post. It's a place where we all can come together and place the blame on the most toxic employees.

Can you go to its boss and suggest the firing after stating your case? He'll for sure will see the wisdom of your words and fire her immediately.

Sounds like a plan. Go to her boss. Everyone hates her and wants her gone. Just do it already!!! The smell in here is unbearable. I wish she would take a bath or a shower. Her hygiene is a national environmental disaster!!

This thread is hilarious. There’s so much hate for a person in consolidations. It makes you wonder if this person changes there ways or stays the same, which really isn’t working. Maybe she will quit or get fired. It’s probably time for a change for both parties. She’s obviously not like able or even good at her job if she’s rubbing people the wrong way.

Disagree. She's just doing her job, she's just uncovering incompetence, hence folks don't like it. Nobody else will defend her here, just the whiners and losers saying that she smells, which is not a reason at all.

I still don't understand how you guys interact with her so much... At this point I'm guessing this is 5th floor accounting complaining about being called out on things, but honestly given the incoherent arguments lately I really don't know if we're just hearing from stalkers obsessed with her at this point.

I've yet to see a single valid complaint worthy of bringing to her manager. If you have one, I'm sure it should be brought up. If you don't... why were you talking again?

She's a sneaky snake in the grass. She has gone to the managers of several employees to complain about issues that are so insignificant that the managers laugh it off at this point. No one in her own department likes her and talks behind her back. She deserves whatever she gets, definitely one of the reasons this company is the laughing stock of wall street!!

What were these insignificant issues that she was complaining about? Cafepharma can judge them. If they didn't like her work, they would've fired her already, yet she remains.

There's only three people in her department, and both are way above her, so if they didn't like her then they would have let her go a long time ago, either through a layoff or fired her. Maybe, her complaints have merit, and the managers of those employees are also corrupt and incompetent, so you're basically defending incompetence.

Regardless, what may be insignificant to one person or group, may be a compliance issue with the company. Hopefully, she has documented these transgressions and informed her boss and HR that she's made the complaints as per her job description. If you have gotten fired from one of these complaints, maybe you deserved it. Just saying.

Isnt it weird that there is only 3 people in her department? Maybe thats the real problem, how much does she have access to and what is she doing? Maybe there is a risk here, just saying.

No, not at all uncommon. There are a lot of small departments ferreting out inconsistencies. Internal Audit is a one-man operation, so she may be assisting him.

So sad to see posts like this. So many are so frustrated they look forward to a pile up on 78 to avoid coming into the office. Has anyone spoken to Sam or Fred or Paul or even that Craig Olson? How about we all bring this up at the next town hall with Joe?

It’s a management trickledown issue and you are right compliance plays a role. A big fat role - as in cover up your mess and blame everyone else. personally dread walking into the office and what sucks is the cheery auditors constantly ordering take out....what do they do again? Why dont we try another company for a change?
