So why then is she still here ? She's good, but it's all relative - meaning for Sun, she's a rockstar.

We started about the same time so my guess is that she has an incentive to make it to the one year mark. If she leaves before, she'd have to pay it back.

 

So you are saying Sun moved her there? If that is the case then you are correct but if that is true her 1 year is up. She started in October 2016. So I doubt that paying anything back is holding her up. My guess is she wants a VP level job and she is waiting for the right job. Everyone there knows they are toast without her so my guess is they all kiss her butt.

 

She didn't relocate but probably got a sign on bonus to pull her out of JnJ to join Fabs, Peterkins and Lynch. It's not unusual to have them pay out over two years, with 1/2 in year one, 1/2 in year two. So there may be some handcuffs in place.

I love watching Groff's group of stooges go down in flames. None of them know how to lead because they are led by a complete baffoon.
