this company is going down the tubes! Writing is on the wall. Shifranski is desperate with having RBMs report everyone's calls per day, almost zero information from corporate, no accolades only calls per day pressure. Get out while you can. Nestor is wrecking this ship with insisting on micromanagement and all the talent is leaving. What a joke. The transfer from Inventiv has been AWFUL and the POA was a disaster. Morale is rock bottom with everyone you talk to in the field. Get out everyone!! Leadership here is AWFUL. I've never seen it worse.

its just so bad here, gotta be the worst company I've ever worked for. Start looking people, I am and can't get out of here quick enough. Watch for the influx of people to leave once another set of ridiculous goals come out Q1.

SHITFRANSKI HAS GOTTA GO IF THEY WANT A SALES FORCE THAT CAN GET BEHIND COMPANY INITIATIVES.

Its really bad.No efforts being made to improve things, Q4 goals come from insane troll logic. Maybe they don't want any reps to work for the company?

over a year later from this post and ITS WORSE HERE-didn't think that was possible but it is actually worse. Reps hate their jobs, hate the leadership and are beginning to hate the product because our NAMS are apparently useless. Can only hope Anneal offers something different. Seems hopeless.

It seems they are looking to turn over the entire sales force! How many openings are there every month? The Reps are paying the price for NAMS who can’t get us on formulary and people who think 25% growth every quarter should be your goal. The Sales force has grown this product at a clip that every other company in the industry with love to see. But not these home office folks

growing product at a rate other companies would be happy with! really, Rytary uptake is amazing, so much so even Matt Fazio left to go sell expensive Amantadine for dyskinesia. Formulary acceptance will never be what it needs to be because it offers no new advantages. They are so desperate they even re-hired a manager who had left the company, who does that! 2018 will be the year if call metrics get to 10/day Mike S.

Fazio screwed up the Rytary launch to begin with. We are still recovering from that disaster. He’s going to do it again so no great loss to us certainly no gain for them
You are right about Managed Care never being what we promised investors. It has nothing to do with Clinical Advantages but everything to do with the tales of lies our Managed Markets Leader spins. How Leadership hasn’t seen through his BS is absolutely baffling. He’s so proud of himself for doing jack squat.
Re hiring people happens all the time. That’s the least of this companies concerns
10 calls a day? Good luck with that
