Will turnover be the worst for 2017

    I predict an all time high of people leaving. New and tenured! Payouts have decreased way too much. Way easier jobs in med device that pay significantly more

    the only people who will leave are people that have ambition and desire to do something that is meaningful in healthcare.

    Name 1 time where a surgeon truly said to themselves "man I wish that helpful Ethicon rep was in my case"

    2017: If you still work as a TAL, BSR, ESR or whatever the hell the acronyms are this month you have completely missed the warning signs for the past couple years. Online sales award meeting, everyone excited to reinterview for their current positions?, lost, clueless, and don't know how to get out and make a difference or real money.

    Now go check optimizer for the answer no one can give you.

    I retired 7 years ago. Why does everyone have to reinterview for their jobs? Are you serious?

    Summertime is a great time to be interviewing lot of recruiters reaching out, big and small companies hiring all over. Lots of turnover going on it seems in every division across the country. If people aren't leaving soon most are trying to.
