No. Got called out for missing revenue badly so he left. Replaced with great guy, but we are in rough shape.

 

Good people (reps), great products, terrible leadership ....

 

You are your number. You are not good unless you hit number. Products suck. Leadership same as everywhere else. Terrible leadership only seems to happen when we miss number and other reps deflect blame.

 

Talk about time to jump. You guys heard that SF is leaving, right? She's going to some Breast Cancer startup company. Once she started missing her numbers, it stopped being fun. Leaving the rest of us on this sinking ship.

 

Suzanne's leaving?!? OMG, we're hosed. I know we've missed our numbers the last few quarters, but I didn't think everything was going to crumble. Suzanne, John, who's next.........?

 

Pretty much everyone knows she's paying a ghost-writer (on Medtronic's dime!!) to tell her breast cancer "journey". Good to know that her journey includes running away at the first sign of trouble. All those cards and videos and tributes....all that love we sent her. And she dumps us like a piece of trash the first moment she gets a better job opportunity. Leaves us to be gobbled by MITG. Thanks Suzanne.

 

Bet she'll wait until the very end of the Fiscal Year - that's when the execs get all their big bonuses. Deny, deny, deny, right up until the moment she slips out the door.

Let's start a pool. Is RW next, TD, maybe AA (could Intact be sucking any more wind...)? My guess is RW takes a look at the quicksand under his feet and heads off to work with John.

My bonus has been just fine this year. not ideal, but fine. Though the next quarter is probably going to be pretty ugly.

Bigger issue for me is, with JH gone, SF about to leave, and god knows who else, what happens to us? MITG reps don't make nearly the same money we do and I do NOT want to work there..............

 

i'll make bank wherever I go. just sad this was all a sham.

Maybe spend less time threatening us about that stupid annual medtronic survey and more time figuring out how to sell products. anyone have phone # of best places to work in NH???????

I wrote the last one (and not the others). Followed the ship theme because they're right and that's what it feels like. I could see how you'd be confused, since your last sentence looks like it was written by someone at a 4th grade reading level. I don't think I'm clever or smart, just screwed like everyone else.

I’m at least a 7th grade reading level. Be still my heart as your southern man writing style has eroded upon your gentlemanly response. Also, you had a typo mr. more than 4th grade reading level “happy tp get drunk with all y'all.” I guess “tp” is the proper way the almighty cunty say “to.”

John leaving has no impact on me a rep. Did not know suzanne was leaving and no impact anyway. I hit growth I get paid. Find a therapist.
