Your Executive pay is what entry level positions get at every other company. Now its a $20,000 difference from anew rep and Executive. It really gives us something to strive for. Joke!!

One of my friends who was laid off at Arbor was making 42k salary, just landed a new job. Base 85k, and target bonus of 30k. All the industry perks. If you have industry experience there is a lot of money companies are willing to pay for that experience.

So is your new gig considered an entry level PC position? I would really like that gig! What is the commission structure?

Could you imagine if for each hair plucked from Ed’s hair implants, we would get an extra $2/hair to our bi-weekly base salary?!? We’d be making more than a DM at this lovely company! #serenitynow

You are right! You can't pay the bills with Arbor stock options. They give them out knowing that if the 50% turnover rate holds true, they will never have to pay out a dime. And like someone said earlier, they are just Monopoly money.
