I really have to LMFAO about the leadership of this company. All from the dirty bone pile of Convatec who couldn't cut the mustard after being sold off. Those folks hid behind the curtain of BMS
... so their real incompetence didn't come out until they were sold and couldn't deliver. The good old boy club and Peter principal was evident. Some real old senile old man with no marbles must be fronting that gig. I hope his family reads this and hires a private investigator to look at all the Convatec losers driving the ship. Especially now that its obvious that the Mr. Turdling poster on the Convatec boards is another class less member of their team along with Tammy Faye.

The company will be gone soon. Leadership are clowns. Convatec clowns.

They didn't even have the smart business sense to find new talent.....brought in all the loser good old boys and girls who sunk the Convatec ship.

Company is touting their recent award of a Level II HCPCS Qcode Q4154 for their Biovance product. Substance or hype? Reading between the lines of the PR it appears that reimbursement doesn't increase, only an option added for coverage in the outpatient market. Did I miss something?

It's a dog of a product. Completely decellularized and should be a collagen dressing. Q Code means nothing as each individual MAC jurisdiction across the country has to individually agree to pay for the product and that is just medicare. The product was launched in 2009. There is a reason why it took so long to ever make it out of warehouse.

Stock is currently selling at $.88 per share. Losing huge sums every quarter. Does this company have a prayer? Anyone left in the sales force?

No show at the annual WOCN conference. Must be running out of cash really soon.

Apparently, Celularity will acquire all of the property, assets and rights relating to Alliqua's advanced biologic wound care business - including Biovance amniotic membrane allograft and Interfyl Human Connective Tissue Matrix - and the Company's UltraMist Therapy System and other therapeutic ultrasound platform products for an aggregate cash consideration of $29.0 million. No debt or significant liabilities are being assumed by Celularity in the transaction. Alliqua BioMedical's Board of Directors unanimously approved entering into the agreement.

I am still trying to understand what will be left of Alliqua - the company and the stock. This was announced Jan 5 2018 and the stock soared, well kind of soared. I would think everyone would sell off at a loss to at least get .25-.30 per share vs zero. What am I missing here?

Sell off all your products for dirt cheap, leaving the company with nothing tangible. Sure the stock drops, but meanwhile the deal makers from the loser work it out so they pick up stock at the new company.
