Please tell us we are getting new leadership soon? AK is the most ineffective and disconnected leader I have ever had. There is no inspiration or focus on anything positive. It’s killing us in the field. I want an Ask Rich not Ask Mark forum. MS isn’t doing anything for us. This is a big year and we can’t do it with AK in charge
I think most people would agree. I’m not sure how Rich has allowed these two to remain in charge of our biggest asset. Best decision was promoting Keck. I just wish he would have been given both divisions and gotten rid of AK
