    Can we have enough of the complaining from Amanda H and Abby S yes we have heard the rumors that Dwight gave out the test answers and Detroit Dave is running his mouth but once again get out of your pj’s Amanda

    Are you taking into consideration we had no samples due to a fire for a long time When this fourth quarter bonus is paid? Someone is saying bonuses suck already...don’t you think for normal territories that have performed and now dipped it would be the “Right”thing to do? Why should we be screwed because of the fire?

    And...And can someone tell us the value of these shares we have been given? Are they worth anything? What can we do with them? Or was this another BS thing to keep us lingering?

    Wipe your butt...or print your resume on the back side ... just another ploy by the owner that’s why people leave. Just like previous post states you are going to be ripped on your last quarter bonus because of no samples because of a fire out of your control. And we all know samples equal scripts. Remember you also waited how long for that 1-2% raise? No wonder we lost so many...

    The fact the value of the shares have not been reported to you is telling... no???
    You will need to stay here for an extended period of time to exercise them. Maybe 3 years or so.

    Ask Sully, or anyone who has worked with him previously at Therex what the share deal was and watch their reaction.

    These "shares" are commonly referred to as "phantom shares" and are rarely worth a whole lot. The "stock option" plan has so many stipulations and only have value if the company is acquired for a certain amount of money (usually an unrealistic sale price), etc. The "value" is a sliding scale and unfortunately yield a VERY low amount of take home money...I am not being negative just being honest...I doubt there will EVER be a value associated to the shares that you can calculate...and the reason for that is all of the above. Ask your manager or HR to give you a valuation and explain the plan...told you. This is a privately owned company.

    Is this company stable? How much revenue does Avion make each year? I am seeking a job and want to make sure it will be around.
