You know it's funny, this is the same person that bashes the surgical division over and over and over. She (pretty sure it's a she) can be safely ignored. She can't spell, let alone analyze a business, that's if she even works for Hologic (my guess is she did previously and was fired.) Bazaar!

Regardless of who wrote the post, I have to agree with her. I’m a current employee in the surgical division and I’m nervous about the direction we are headed. She is probably right.

totally “Loosing Steam”. I hate to say it, but Holx Surgical has competition and its continuously gaining equity. Sorry to say, your loosing with old products. Where is the innovation? Normally, the top leader in any division creates new products. Nothing new coming out?

It’s like Apple still selling the first generation of the iPhone 15 years later. Innovation is key to long term success. Who is running this division? Once they figure out that trading sales people for other sales people isn’t the major issue, they will be scratching heads again about products. Just sell off the surgical side.

What happened to $1B by 2020? Is that plan circling the drain, too?

Have to keep in mind that the R&D piece will take time under new leadership. Lack of innovation is still on the old leadership for now.

I would tend to agree with the above comments, but after the six month marker, you are not new leadership. Time will tell

what is the best region in surgical? Is any region doing good? Considering interviewing for a TM job but the comments on here make me nervous. Who is the best ABD? Which area do you not want to be in? Any serious info please!

why is everyone leaving? Because they changed the comp? Because of the new leadership?

Who is the best regional manger to work for?
