The only advancement in the company comes for those who are related to one of the executive leaders. Nepotism lives here and has many tentacles. The NAM role has been a revolving door of people. You will regret joining the company as the commercial leadership is not trusted. Join a company that can discuss the opportunity it offers its employees and can demonstrate an ongoing success of doing so. This place can't do that and only lies to its employees, plays shell games with its bonus program, and changes sales numbers.
Stock is a house of cards, company has the worst HR and sales management team I’ve ever encountered in 20 years of corporate America. Literally wouldn’t let me take any time off and the quota system was a joke. It’ll be fun to watch the house fall down.
