    If you think this is a healthy working environement... IT'S NOT
    If you want to see your family or have a personal life... YOU WON'T
    If you want to explain where you are at every moment throughout the day... YOU WILL
    If you want to commit career suicide... YOU WILL

    When you are new with the company, they will brag that on average their sales reps last 3 years and then they are gone.
    Their prices are sky high for their products and there are plenty of competitors out there willing to slash prices to get their products in.
    The company culture is like the hallways of a high school. Very childish, cliquish and all about drama.
    The "goals" will continue to be increased, and this company hands out "re-focus plans" and PIP's like a pez machine. One for you, one for you... and two for you.
    You cannot move up in the company unless you are part of the "FOG's" or you find yourself in "someone's" hotel room at the meetings.
    I have never seen a company ran so poorly!
    Your goals are given to you based on the companies needs for profits, not historical sales data. They have increased several times without warning since I have been here.
    Not to mention, they are monthly goals. There is no quarter, or 6 mo goal. You are judged on a month to month basis.
    They are trying to go public... what a garbage company willing to run through people just to turn a profit.

    I'm embarrassed say that I was a part of this mess!

    I left this company 6 months ago, and it was a mess then. I see that things haven't changed. So glad I was able to get out when I did. There are PLENTY of companies out there who will take care of their employees. This place is not one of them.

    Great post and all so true! Love the part about the culture being like high school. Everything about thar place sucks!!!!!!!!!

    You forgot to mention that their new line of products don't follow the "science" that they have bragged about for years. Now they are just looking to grab some of that fast money in the amniotic space and are selling a product based on what it can do in a petri dish. Can't beat them, join them huh OI???

    This company is polishing itself up so it can either go public or be bought.

    What is the company going to do in Jan when you can no longer make GAT with large OR cases? Are all of your super star reps going to be put on a plan and their jobs threatened?

    Providers are laughing at these Amnion products and our only saving grace for hitting these ridiculous goals was PPAM. Where will the company be in 6 mos?

    Who's going to survive the mass handouts of plans?

    Loving the constant spreadsheets of who is enabling and who is not. What a fucking joke.

    If my ASD says stretch goal, one more fucking time I'm going to lose it. What the fuck is the point of having goals if you are just going to make up your own goals? How about talking to the reps who didn't make goal and leave us who actually somehow make these goals ALONE! Appreciate those who make you money and not treat them like dirt!

    And in this company, that is true. When they are riding the number 1 sales rep for years and years, telling him his numbers aren't good enough?! Really?! This guy is keeping the lights on at OI!

    this doesn't matter because we are replaceable in the eyes of the bean counters. look how many are on PIP's. power hungry and supreme ego driven and credit hogging are normal.

    Wow, things are getting bad if the company is begging people to stay. They should figure out that their management is horrible and they're out pricing themselves in the market but we all know MR Mohawk has no business being in the position he is in.

    The company is run by clowns.

    Glassdoor is very telling for this company. The scale of ratings has plunged since 2016.
