It is time to fire Senior Leadership!

What does that mean they're moving operations are moving to Panama, or that mgmt is already vacationing there after latest fat grant of stock options?

 

I am so proud to have somebody state that this thread is recognized as the most popular. I started it a while back with hope that maybe it would pick up steam.

The senior Leadership is pathetic! At best they are incompetent and at worst, they are corrupt.

This company should’ve been sold off years ago. I so hope the SEC would look at Keryx Leadership.

 

I have never seen such non transparency in a public company. Zero useful information goes out and they try to sugar coat everything. No word on a Euro strategy even though they got approval over 2 years, no information on the MFG screwup last year and no on e was fired because of it. Management flat out sucks.

 

Nobody wants to buy out this pice of shot company.

 

Some are starting to contact the company and institutional investors via company email and twitter accounts instead of venting on boards. Maybe mgmt will get the hint that they are facing a retail shareholder revolt.
(Even private equity funds don't want hassle of dealing with a flood of emails to them or their investors either)
