Lyon III are the posterbums for the destruction on the Vaccine Division with their emphasis on made up business plans, useless meetings to suck up to higher ups and very little opportunity for reps to sell the Vaccine portfolio but rather annoy customers with robotic tablet detailing leading to limited access with customers. The good news is Alina is gone and Tommy is trapped as a useless outdated DCO because nobody likes him or the toxic culture he would bring to another salesforce .
