    M. Stander is a clueless manager and doesn’t know how to manage a team. I do love how she flies in makes 2 calls and flies back out though. What a worthless excuse for a female manager

Bogus and not from one of the 4 TAMs she travels to. Only person this would benefit is DC who left in NOV and bitter he didn’t keep retention. Guess the grass isn’t greener at Amgen. Interesting you had to point out she is a “female” manager. Really? Do you also point out people’s race? Move on, leave us alone and quit trolling. Immature and pathetic!

The majority of the FLMs are great partners. The ones that aren’t, Relypsa must stop protecting, just because they made claims against TAMs first. We have tried to handle the issue with professionalism, take it to the source and deal with it, but this hasn’t worked. Accusations continue to be thrown at us and our side of the issue has not been listened to. We will not work in a hostile environment anymore. We are under a constant state of stress that is causing health issues. Money is being is being taken out of our pockets by Relypsa refusing to provide the resource other teams have. It is well documented that we have tried to work with the individuals, without effort from them and work through the proper channels without resolution. We want this resource and collaborate well with all other departments, so how can this be viewed as the TAMs being the issue? You have the proof needed to show who isn’t working and yet nothing has been done. We deserve and demand protection. No one on the teams have wanted to be called out by making a formal complaint due to being afraid of retaliation. But enough is enough, we are a united front and will take action outside of Relypsa if needed.

Double standards for PC eligibility. Either you have to be in the position all year or not. Shouldn’t apply to some and not others, BN. Slipped in last year when not earned and headed there again this year. Why were the hardest working FLM pair disqualified from winning PC again, and where is this criteria listed in writing? Promotions, another double standard. Criteria for TAM should be same for DM but in this case, results didn’t support outcome being sought. Third year out and can’t keep claiming we’re building the boat as we sail, credibility issue or incompetence.

Some TAMs are just HORRIBLE! And extremely NON Compliant! All they do is complain and try to do every single job just to make the sale by any means necessary! While the rest of us TAMs follow the rules and play well in the sand box with others. Unethical beings that will cause this company to flop! The company needs to deep dive into the TAMs interactions and catch them red handed!

Drama Queen, stop your all caps shouting. There’s nothing red handed to catch, so you sound ridiculous. If you’re worried about a TAM trying to do “every single job”, no idea what that means unless you’re feeling guilty about not pulling your own weight.

We completed the survey, now you need to listen without excuses BN and PT. Stop the favoritism, we shouldn’t need to have a prior relationship with you, Build trust, Stop over promising and provide clear explanation for why decisions like pharmacy access are made. We can’t have our hands tied behind our back if you want us to hit goals.

We don’t need a politician who lacks courage. We need a leader who gives good direction, stands by his decisions and admits mistakes. You continue to backtrack and flip-flop depending upon your audience. You’re not fooling anyone. We don’t always have to agree with you, but after last week we don’t respect you either.

Numbers were released after SalesOps tells us yet again that there is something wrong with a feed! Typical! But in his hurry to evangelize BN allows the numbers to come out without getting to the root of the problem!

There are soooo many holes in our data. They are completely aware that Walgreens data, for example, is not being accurately, or fully, translated down to the rep level. Multiple territories being effected since early 2017. They are so concerned about protecting friends and making no one uncomfortable..... in home office. Managers who have asked too many questions about this find their careers stalled and reps are just plain out of luck. This is not a culture of transparency. Also hard to have fun when your offices can clearly show you how many patients are on product but you see only a fraction show up in your data. Discouraging

Funny after two and a half years the company is finally worrying about market access and contracting! Might be a case of too little too late!
