No. Stay far away. Why would you go to a company that will be out of business in 6 months? Looks at their stock price and they have zero demand for their drug that been on the market for over 2 years. Doctors dont like it and it doesn’t work well. Dosing is confusing and payers will not pay for it because there is no demand for it. Zero demand.

If the drug was that good then why are patients and doctors NOT beating down the door to get it? I have been in Pharma a long time and I am trying to help you. 90% of their senior leadership has left the company.

Endocrinologist know how to treat diabetes - and they are not fans of the drug. It’s a gimmick

    Think about it?

Let's see. Our leadership team tells us how valued we are and our CEO announces to the world at the conclusion of each quarter that we are out performing Sanofi and their 500 rep sales force but none of us received a raise for 2018! Our resources have been slashed. No patient teaches, no CDEs, severely reduced number of speaker programs. We are losing our car allowance which helps us pay for the cars that we purchased when we started with this company. We are paying more for our health insurance and will have to pay for the new cars that the company will be providing. Do you think Mike Castagna will be driving one of the new Subaru Legacys or does he still get a car allowance? Now here is the big one! Regardless of previous performance, if you have one bad quarter, you are placed on a PIP program! DOES IT SOUND LIKE A GOOD PLACE TO WORK?

If Pfizer failed in its Exubera campaign, why should Mannkind be more successful. The newer injectable insulins are more tolerable for injection.

It's impossible to figure out some of the most recent company hirings. We just had a conference call today where it was announced that we have a new national sales director, a newly created position. We now have a new chief commercial officer, a brand new national sales director, two regional sales directors, eight regional business manager, soon to be ten regional business managers. The only position missing is a VP of sales. WE ONLY HAVE 100 REPS!!! Do you really need more than one person to oversee a 100 rep sales team and 10 DMs? Isn't that what a regional sales director does? Does any of this make sense? How about investing in those of us that are in the field promoting everyday to our customers.

Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this as a great place to work. I would have to agree with what has been posted. We sell a great drug but the culture here has not been great and the sales team is under appreciated and not respected.

Your new National Sales Director's ego will launch Mannkind on a trajectory of self destruct. Do not trust him.
