Sales meeting

Looks like someone has half a brain in Dallas and we are not going to Tucson for our sales meeting this year. Holy shit that was the absolute most inconvenient place to have a meeting!

I can't wait for this inspirational meeting!! Bob and Jon pretending to give a damn about the sales team is always so uplifting!

I was able to get a sneak peak at Jon's speach:

"Umm... Ahh... You know... Ahh... You know... make a difference Ahh... You know...." It is going to be stellar!!

 

the clowns in the Mid Atlantic will top that. Another corny sports theme. Go team go! I can’t wait. God I have to get outta here!

 

Dear God please I can't sit through another session with P.M. and her monotone delivery of some shit we have been doing for the past 2 years!

 

Pamela is untouchable. She clearly made a sexual remark to me during a meeting and I went to HR with the complaint. HR did not investigate and told me “I really like Pamela I am sure she didn’t mean anything by it”.

 

You were luck just to find an HR rep. They are largely invisible and without any value.

 

I might as well talked to a wall with the the response I received. This company is a joke especially the way they have shielded this bitch for the last 10 years.

 

If it is any comfort, you are not alone in your experience. I share your feelings and believe many others as well. Perhaps with the recent attention to these issues on a national level, our company will get with it.

 

Guessing this was Holly? I have had issues in the past with a co-worker and she has said the exact same thing to me: “That doesn’t sound like something X would do. Do you want me to look into it.”

She did not address the issue and I still have issues with this coworker demeaning me and treating me with intimidation. Holly is worthless.

 

HHK is a joke. Hides behind her title and does as LITTLE as humanly possible. She needs to move on and allow someone who is interested in doing a good job replace her.

 

Sometimes we are so far behind the times.

I came from Quest where there was intense role playing and the meeting was a week long. Is there role playing at this meeting?

 

From Quest to LCA?? You must be a two time loser.

 

Go to a small regional Lab and become something of yourself unless you are under 30 years of age and a loser.

 

Could not agree more........Stop wasting your time with call in reports and that Calidus bullshit. What a flippin joke.

 

meeting was ok. Jon is a douche. hotel was great. I am taking the rest of the week off.
