so true, man compliance like hr do nothing but snitch theyd never make it in the real world and they get paid from the sales that we make from our blood sweat and tears....we should outsource it like other companies then theyd be really working and doing a job

 

If she's blackmailing the company, that's illegal so they should fire her for breaking the law

Seana is right all the time, so no need to replace her. She earned her keeps, they won't get rid of her. They're scared of what she will reveal, if they push her out.

He is a Micro-manager from he** who belittles you on your personal time (calls you after 5 pm) and in front of co-workers. Gives you unnecessary busy work weekly... and makes you sell off label just to increase market share... It's all about the bottom line. His Lack of experience equals Disaster and his insecurities really shine when your numbers are amazing without his help. Those are just a few examples ...
