and if that's true, I'll be gone in 30 days.

When exactly will your 30 day window start or end? Chances of Tildra being launched in 2018 are small. Chances of Tildra launching with compelling data is not possible. Chances of managed markets not accepting this brand without deep discount is certain. Spend your supposed money wisely.

Working there felt like I had sold my soul to the devil. Not one single thing you can feel good about working there.

    Well said.
You have to sell your soul to the devil if you work here.

Would being reborn as a cow count as being the same?

    Good question, I don't know.

But putting a whole tube of Latisse in each ear before you go to bed every night wouldn't hurt.

Got a phone interview and out of nowhere the recruiter calls asking if I was still interested in a F2F interview. Since I hadn’t heard from recruiter all this time, I sorta lost interest and not really motivated as I was before the holidays.

    Some questions about this launch:
    -Any counterparts or solo reps?
-Does anyone without biologics have chance of getting hired? Don’t want to prepare for interview only to be turned down bc lack of biologics experience
    -Speaker programs required?
    -High turnover?
-Is Sun known to be a micromanaging company and micromanaging DMs?

Would prefer to not join a company that’s known for micromanagers. Any input on the above?

    TIA

This should tell you they just need a slot to fill at interview. And yes extreme micro, read posts. They have been known to fly people in to interview when they already have decided on a candidate already for a position but just need to show numbers at interview.

    Don’t do it! Run...
    Very micro
    Poor leadership
    Hostile work environment
    Very high turnover
    Reputation is horrible

    It’s a trap

    Do not do it.
High turnover and horrible reputation. They can’t get reputable people to join. People are resigning left and right. It’s a horrible environment and management is low quality.

Nobody's resigning here.Dilip is admired and pays us very well my friend. We are teaching lazy Americans the art of Indian culture and leadership and they are receptive to our ways.

We need to hire more Indians my friend, and less southern trailer trash.

I love India and is it any reason that their people come over here and prosper because they have great family values and work their guts out. Thank you for giving me a wonderful job that pays a ton and I will return the favor by crushing it here.

There are several Derm openings still posted on Sun's website. Have all the positions been filled ? Or are they waiting on making offers until closer to approval?

Do not apply here. These reps hired to promote this dog will be begging docs for even 1 script, then Sun will show it's true colors to these overpaid reps....it's going to be a shit show.

I did some research and it looks like there is already an identical drug on the market that has grabbed managed care access and position. Even still it would appear that this type of biologic is seldom used by derms. What is the difference if any with the same drug currently on the market? Thank you.

Right from the press release. Tildrakizumab is an investigational humanized, anti-IL-23p19 monoclonal antibody that binds specifically to IL-23p19 and is therefore designed to selectively block the cytokine IL-23. Human genetics suggest that inhibiting IL-23 is effective for treating inflammatory conditions. In clinical studies for the treatment of chronic plaque psoriasis, tildrakizumab demonstrates efficacy in blocking inflammation by blocking IL-23. Other potential indications, which may be evaluated in future, include psoriatic arthritis and Crohn’s Disease.

Tildra should offer more specificity...may cut down side effects, may improve results. Problem is other IL23s will be available and the IL 17 biologics have PASI 90/100 scores that are hard to beat. It will all come down to formulary acceptance and price. Dermatologists are slow to react and generally stick with agents that they are familiar with. Eventually, they will try/use IL 23 agents. Tildra will not be alone in the IL 23 class. The more time it takes to launch, the more competition will already be in place.
