Radius "Leaders"

Been in pharma/biotech a long time and never seen poorer leadership in my life. The revolving door at the top and middle of this company, coupled with dumb strategic decisions, over staffing certain areas, terrible compensation plans, insulting car program, and an overall schizophrenic corporate environment. Congrats on taking a bright start-up and making it AZ/Novo-Light. More resigned this week, and more coming no doubt.

Oh, and the stock is ridiculously mediocre.
