Have you looked at the formal definition of PBA? When mood and affect don't match. Most of what we think is off label, actually isn't. Someone with PTSD can have comorbid PBA. Someone with Autism can have comorbid PBA issues from banging their head. Nuedexta is a great drug, hard to sell, but it really makes a difference in many lives. So much negativity, be positive here people.

Don’t get all high and mighty Mr/Mrs Otsuka rep. Remember it wasn’t too long ago that your company too was under investigation. Didn’t that result in a CIA agreement with the DOJ?Avanir did the right thing and wiped out all mgmt and reps who were associated with bad practices. Nuedexta is an excellent drug that actually treats the problem without tranquilizing the patient like your drugs do. Get over yourself!
