The science is amazing. I am moving forward to the f2f interview in Cambridge. No base salary to report yet. But the culture is work hard play hard. Top performers will make incredible money. They asked about....... Sorry can't give that away.

Think about your question. It basically asks, “if you got the SF gig can you please confirm that you actively post to cafepharna.” Brilliant.

So, I was told by Princeton One that I was out, then yesterday get a call to do a video screen with hiring manager. I'm guessing their first choice didn't work out...

Im guessing the person that that "did not work out" wanted nothing to do with the manager Like me. Complete idiot with no managerial experience. Has no clue how to conduct a professional interview. Good luck navigating the pathetic video software they use. Sad, great company with great molecule and "beginner" manager. Give it time to implode then come back after. There are so many other companies waiting/getting FDA approval in the next 6 months, with this management crew they will get there clock cleaned.

Ha! Last I heard from Princeton One, which was over a month ago, I’m still in the hunt but I haven’t had a video screen and they’re calling me about other positions with other companies. What a joke!

I’m so confused. It’s like this company wants to immediately jump into being big pharma, grandstanding with no ability.

It takes a certain skill set to operate in rare disease. I’ve seen it before. Sales management will coast for two years, hide inabilty once their people fail and then jump. Such a weird industry we work in. Wait...
