Not very punctual that is for sure. Too much time at bar?

Right about the punctual part. Or follow through on a phone call. And it is the same with her protege Lindsay. Always late, dominates every meeting she is in, shows up with wet hair and the last one to walk in. Who does that? But she is protected.

Those descriptions are kind of a sloppy metaphor for my whole team. My manager would arrive for ride alongs in a wrinkled shirt, no tie, no collar stays, unbuttoned three down so you could his cheesy gold chain. Honestly looked like he didn’t take a shower because of an early flight. It was embarrassing, his team couldn’t execute anything / his leadership skills were so pathetic, no launch plan what so ever.
Most people are just not engaged to the degree necessary to advance this product in a highly competitive market. You have to question whether they ever launched before or if their experience is actually what they claim it is.

That is pathetic. Sorry for that classless example in front of your HCPs. And I think you are right. They were too busy talking about how awesome they all are yet no one seems to know how to launch a drug. The VP and ABDs worry more about the car selection and sending out an effing birthday card then they do about strategy.

Not B Jones but I feel ya
hard to keep these jack wagons straight

It’s like they bought a card table from Walmart
Wrote “NOW HIRING” in crayon on a poster board and dropped that bitch in the middle of
    a swap meet

Troy needs to pay attention to those below him. What is going on in THE WEST? Two good managers gone and more will be driven out. Big pharma all over again!

I like my manager, but the senior sales leadership are not in touch with reality. Goals are ridiculous, and money is spent on shipping marketing boxes all over the place, and why have a meeting in Austin for just another indication? They should use money for us to get time with the customers. Frustrating!

This worthless meeting, like the POAs, is another example of how the people in charge have no idea how to operate in a startup environment versus big Pharma. While it was a cute idea to have our toilets sealed with a poop banner, don't you wonder what that bullshit costs? What this meeting costs being held in Austin, the VPs home town? Additional examples of Marianne's irresponsible spending to increase poop humor at all costs. Pathetic. Can't wait for this week to be over. Praying an offer elsewhere comes through soon.

All this childish bs shows what type of leadership we have on this “team”. They’re only the cheerleaders
who think being cute is motivating. We have no managers, or coaches.
When you’re down by 20points, and there’s a minute to play, the game is over. All the cheerleading, cliche’s and excuses, etc. aren’t going to change the outcome.
Time to find competent, experienced leaders if we ever expect to see this company survive.
If everyone who is seeking a position elsewhere is successful, Synergy will be a team with no players.

In retrospect. what did we expect? These “leadership” have very little real experience. Except for a small few, most had no prior leadership. They are all on their first bull ride and it’s only going to get uglier. Run.

And that bull is crapping all over this place. We were all suckers.

The several responses are accurate. Poor leadership from the top on down. Now I get it, the VP and ABD couldn't possibly hire anybody that might be more competent than they are. How would they look? And that's likely why many people who had experience and insight into how to fix this tragedy have left or been driven out. A bunch of incompetent frauds running thia company.

The West ABD needed a teleprompter to announce the Catalyst winners. Nice work Troy. The company is in much better hands now. Lol

That entire leadership team are a bunch of incompetents. All cut from the same Shire cloth. Seeing them at this meeting reinforces my impression of what a poor decision I made joining this company. What a waste of money and time in Austin.

Notice all the typical BS business cliches this week by these great leaders. No real-word leadership experience, just phrases from motivational books they read. These meetings only solidify my feelings that we have made a terrible mistake taking this job.
