    HR at Lupin is a mess. Unorganized and just sloppy. Anyone else notice this?

    What is being stated about KH is true. She maybe very nice but she is unorganized, unprofessional, and does not know what she is doing. These points are the facts. We've had enough issues in the past and she represents why we are a third rate company. This is the truth.

    all I know is there are too many people at corporate that fit the same profile.. unprofessional and don’t know what they are doing
    From training to sales ops
    They all need to go

    Not bashing it's just time for a change. Many others sharing similar observations. Too many weak links already just need to make the change needed.

    its funny because the person posting these “observations” is most likely at corporate and just whining because they are a weak link and not getting what they want... lmao
    The observer needs to go and find a better organization

    Your response is irresponsible. It's not just one opinion or observation. It's just the facts. Yes, there are a lot of people that need to move on from our company. Karen is just the weakest player on the team who needs to be removed. We have all witnessed her screw ups. This is long overdue.

    The chance to upgrade is now. Other chances to upgrade down the line. Right now best to move KH out and get a true HR professional in place.

    agreed.. but for this launch to work.. need to replace brand training, and marketing for sure
    Otherwise same mess next year..
    So much mediocrity at Lupin

    No one else in HR is any better
    Maybe it should be outsourced

    Mediocrity at best here. Need to replace the B and C players. First step is most visible position in HR.

    so this hater on here.. I’m assuming you believe you are perfect? Because if you work for Lupin, you are not and need to take a long hard look at yourself
    I used to work at Lupin but I got the hell out

    No one is claiming to be perfect. Just being honest and we need to honest on who can help us make our company better. If you left, truly hope you found a better opportunity.

    I guess we will see but starting with HR (Karen first) and then marketing would be a good sign that someone get's the importance of growing up and becoming a real pharma company.
