Try a probiotic that can be taken 3-4 times a day such as Jarrodophilus-Dophilus. They have a few different formulations with different beneficial probiotic strains. If you maintain a healthy flora in your gut, this helps with most GI issues. The reason many don't go this route besides it not being prescription is the fact that you need to be consistent and take the probiotic over a period of time to regrow the healthy bacteria. Taking one 3-4 times a day keeps the good growth in your digestive system so that food is processed and eliminated more easily. This solves the diarrhea issue as well as constipation. Unlike Rx madness, it helps your gut do what it's meant to instead of forcing some weird ass mechanism of action that could cause further problems down the line. Get off of the dangerous Rx crap now.

Nice try, but Trulance is just as safe as a placebo pill. It mimics the body's natural hormone, uroguanylin. Not a horrible Ecoli toxin like Linzmess or a cholera toxin like Amitiza.

Ok, sales folks, please tell me this drug and your company will stay afloat. While it quit working suddenly for an entire week this past week Trulance is by far the best thing I’ve ever taken for my extreme IBS-C (if there was an Olympics for it, i would earn a gold medal!) and I’m hopeful this was just an anomaly.
