    Nobody wants territories. Why are you pushing this? Opko knows once they make territories and take our accounts away, most of the business will quit once reps are changed. Opko can't afford to take that kind of hit.

    You should have territories. This is the only company that does not. Also you should only be paid for the first year of account. Then maybe you will all be out working

    in a company this size you must have a structured workforce to deliver consistent organic growth. We may not like it, but that's how successful corporations grow.

    Stop with the BS you know that this is not going to affect your top sales reps. Like you’re going to tell Gupta and Rodrigues and the fake doctor from Flushing Queens that you’re going to have territories never going to happen

    V - If an executive team member promised something to you and it was 4 weeks since that deadline...what would happen? I'm guessing they would be fired.

    I've had territory goals for 3 weeks now but don't have a clue where I'm supposed to work for 2018? By the way, how can you give goals when no territory has been decided? I've been asked to provide the mother ship an exact detail to the minute of when I'm going to close new accts but that may change depending on what my territory may be.

    Let's do things backwards!

    Overheard that Billing is getting an overhaul. Good riddance! Maybe if they get competant people in there we’ll be able to actually collect on bills and our commission will go up.

    The only overhaul needed is to get rid of Xifin! When they came on board our trouble started. Most people blame JPW, but she has not been that bad. Her one mistake and it is probably the biggest mistake made we hiring her friend's company, Xifin. They are the destroyer of labs!

    An org chart is making its way around the lab that shows what theyre proposing with people left off of it if theyre getting cut. Seems to be a legit since EL was off the chart and was let go last week.
