I’m interviewing with Alliance for a sales position. The opportunity came to me through a recruiter. Obviously, he told me all of the ‘good’. $150k. Car allowance. Benefits. Market leader. Etc. But reading through these threads I’m seeing ALOT of extremely negative stuff. Almost too much to explain away by assuming that they’re all disgruntled dudes who couldn’t hack it. However, the majority of those posts are from 5+ years ago. Has anything changed there? It looks like the company is growing like wildfire. Is $150k accurate? What’s the culture like? How do screenings compare to competitors? Any info is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
