SOP for United Healthcare. Sue everyone over everything.

 

Every single Pgx, cgx, and tox lab has been getting pay back letters for about a year. It started with United, but now Humana has also started to ask for money back. They are trying to go back over 3 years, but I don’t honk they will collect a penny. Most of these labs are no longer in existence, and secondly most states have a statute of limitations of 2 years. Lastly, most of these labs were set up as C corps, so I don’t see how they will be able to collect anything.

 

Any updates on the lawsuits - United Healthcare, Aetna & BC/BS?

Any update here? Have the owners moved on to another lab?

 

I'm interested to know what happened to the Leadership team as well. Are they rebranding under another lab license? Switching states? Or moving the lab into other ownership groups to limit personal liabilitie(s).?
