I have 7 years experience with multiple President Club wins. My current base is 90k with my company. I’m currently interviewing, what can I expect a salary offer to be?!?!?! Also what do your bonus payouts per quarter look like? What’s average? What is the company car options also??

Don’t plan on a bonus here! Unless you are 100 percent on both products you are screwed with the new product portfolio kicker! People in the 90’s on total bag are making 25 percent to goal on bonus stay away!

Just curious, have you done ANY RESEARCH whatsoever on Lundbeck? What draws you to Lundbeck? Tell me about our pipeline. Tell me anything you know at all about Northera, Onfi, Abilify Maintena, Trintellix or Rexulti. What do the markets look like in which they compete?

    This should be good!

Lundbeck doesn’t care about your P Club wins... you’ll get paid same as someone without those awards. Trust me, I know from exp.

This is so true! The new bonus structure is terrible!

they could make the bonus structure 50k a year, it's all rigged and demotivating. Nothing like being a few scripts short on Northera, come in at 97% but the grid says you only deserve 70% pay. Needless to say other territories with half the volume, half the patient starts can get 5% on one script and look like a prodigy. When you see reps bringing in half the amount of business as another territory and getting paid better, we have a problem.

At leads to your grid isn’t NOT total product PORTFOLIO! Imagine being over goal on your 70 percent product and bring under on your 30 percent product and seeing your payout go to 7000. To my knowledge neuro doesn’t have the grid on total product portfolio but psych does totally different frustrating ball game.

After they screwed on Medicare, the GRID and UHC, I have been busting it looking to get out. I forgot to mention the primary care ASM I have with his micromanaging mentality. Guys, there’s no future here.

The Base pay here has always been difficult to understand. They have tried to correct some of the inequity but it still exist. The IC is a joke. Management does not understand the projected data and stack rankings are insulting and demotivating. Nothing here measures your effectiveness or the quality of your work. The deck here is really stacked against you. Get in the game if you can’t find a better job but continue looking there is no career at Lundbeck. It’s a paycheck.

Ask yourself why do I want to board a sinking ship? I am on the neuro side and that is what most people think. I even think the cheerleaders in each district think the same , but will never say it. We have no new drugs on the horizon. The LOE for Onfi will be here late summer early fall. If you are thinking psych, at least they have time on the in the life cycle of the products. What city are you looking to work in? Best of luck

its apparent that Kare put in place people in the USA who couldn't get the job done. Now that Kare has left, no viable CEO wants to touch this company. Kare got what he wanted, show that he could turn around a company losing money every year to one that was beginning to look profitable. The DOJ investigation on Xen/Sabril and our current brands will probably put the company back in the red.

I wouldn't be surprised if nothing changes until next year when the CEO is finally put in place. That will align with Onfi going generic.

Look for your next opportunity while the market is hot
