Your manager has no understanding of business. He/she is panicking and upset that he/she will be shown the door. If by some miracle he/she is retained by the company he/she will have an incredible 180 degree turn and talk about the bright future of the branded business.

It seems like even the RM's are having a hard time putting a positive spin on what's happening at TR despite their best efforts

Watch your backs TR reps. Keep calls perfect, all well. If you have large bonuses they will do what they have to do to get rid of you. Just happend to someone I know very, very, very well. This is a very sad and pathetic place.

It's been their MO for a few years now. Where was the person geographically?

FALSE! Do listen to speculation, only Home Office will be experiencing a downsizing. Sad. With the anticipated move coming up they should to be notified in waves. The sales force is so lean, they need us to survive!!! Don’t worry.

They are telling us at the HO that the migraine drug will be delayed until 2019.

If that’s the case, it’s possible. However, does it really make sense for the company to pay severance to those laid off, then turn around and hire a new sales force in 2019 to promote the migraine? That would be a bigger hit to the budget than just staying the course until Frem is launched. Hard to tell! Not much that’s been done over the last few years has made sense or worked out for this company.

They could merge the two divisions into one. TN and TR

Then you would have 2 divisions who couldn't sell themselves out of a wet paper bag. TN Reps are lazy and rode the coattails of Copaxone way too long and then there is that bunch of misfit reps they call TR. What a joke and we wonder why this once great company is in so much trouble.

TR Reps are Lazy only because their RMs are lazier and allow it. I rarely see or hear from my "boss". And when I do, its for a 1.5 hour "ride along" where the manager meets me for lunch, talks crap about other managers in the company and then orders additional food to take back to her kids on Teva's dime.
You can't make this crap up.

Funny, sounds just like my manager and even funnier that he does the same thing with the food thing.

Terrible terrible leadership here. Just awful. ALL the legit managers have left. We are left with only the managers who no other companies want, or managers who are just too plain lazy to get their resumes out.

You don't know what you are talking about. Move on, you don't work at Teva anymore.

Not sure if the poster works here or not, but they sure are spot on in their analysis of the Oink Oink IMO?
