I hope so. The managers aren’t very good here and from what I have seen they do very little.

 

Wrong on all counts

 

For every manager let go, 10-12 reps will follow to justify it.
There are 10 times the reps as there are managers, so YES, there will be MORE reps let go than managers.
It's not that difficult to understand.

 

It’s not difficult to understand that they need the reps to be in the field selling the new product and they don’t need all the managers because there are already managers in Neuro.

CNEs just got emailed they are going to be cut tomorrow, that “upper management” will be making the calls. Hmmmmm. Does that mean that managers got cut today? Sales is safe for now, but we’ve prob only got a a few months left, max. Hoping my AZ interview comes through.

What happened to all the post from the people who over the last 2.5 years said that everything is fine, quit being a debbie downer. That I had no clue how fortunate I was to be working for the best respiratory management team in the country and that I needed to look at things from the 10,000 foot view.
So glad I got out when I did. To all of you still there, wishing you all the best.
