    Going WAY DOWN and we didn't even hit an iceberg. What the HELL is going on here? Who lost their minds, again. We have to endure even.more stupidity? Like my manager isn't enough pu ishment? 50 lashes to whomever comes up with reimbursement and bonus plans. A billion lashes to 12 calls a day boy. Watch your cookie crumble, bubba.

    A culture of bad hires, rewarding snitches and undermining decency always sinks. You can wrap it up in a pretty package with a nice bow on it, but what's inside always will be exposed. Thus culture stinks!!!

    It's simple. Behave like a professional and role model it. Hire and promote people whose actions, NOT words are exemplary. Maybe then, you'll get a culture that motivates and inspires. Don't take the word of anyone whose entire region has walked or been fired. That's not a leader, that's a loser.

    MM from the east, ABM. It sucks bc she was a good one, tenured and knew her stuff. She will be replaced by someone who has been here 2 years and can't lead anyone out of a paper bag.

    I liked her. My guess is the good ole boy club already has someone in place for her. Whatever screw up is next on their friends list will be the logical choice.

    This place is pretty easy to predict. No surprise here especially with JH driving that Zone. He picked a very safe choice. Someone who will fit right in with the confusion/no answer policy and someone who will go with the flow. No rocking the boat there. I have friends on that team and I don’t think they feel too good about their new “leader”. My team feels the same about our new “leader”

    why would I want the job? I got it made. Leave late, come home early. Take a day here and there when I have to. Why would I want to be stuck in a car 4 days a week with people complaining. That’s if other ABMs are actually out there 4 days a week. Mine has rode with me maybe 4 times in 2 yrs. maybe if I actually had an ABM that was a leader I’d be motivated. If he ain’t workin, why should I

    And there you have it, another lifer from the slacker generation. You apparently skipped Success 101, which usually requires a person to have enough self respect to do the right thing, no matter what anyone else does. Nor do you get it that a mature professional sales rep is self motivated and doesn't require a manager. Certainly not some of these losers, who couldn't manage a box of legos.

    i believe what 256 was trying to convey is, if this place keeps building bad management who can’t demonstrate leadership and model good behavior the sales force will never be more than mediocre

    Is someone keeping you tied your car seat and that cell phone of yours? Tell you what, you can get a cell phone and car and a whole lot more somewhere else. The only thing keeping you in misery mode is your mind. Now get up go look in the mirror and kick your own ass for sitting here and whining about something youre apparently powerless to deal with.

    Thanks for the advice. Until you can name one thing the commercial division got right in the last year you can kiss my ass. We are all powerless because we have a bunch of baboons leading us and calling the shots
