    Whats the scoop on this position? Why is it open? What is the culture at mentor?

    Unrealistic expectations from Shlomi, yearly cuts in commission, yearly double-digit increases in targets even though market is not growing

    Mentor is a mess and will continue to lose talent becuase of the way Mentor is managed. That's what happened in Miami and that's what will continue to happen.

    Talent? That is a joke right! Talent is not important, as the franchise tells you what and how to do it. You are not paid to think, you are paid to follow and execute. That is J&J

    That is the exact reason why the "talent" is diminishing at Mentor.

    Unfortunately this is how all J&J businesses works, this is not Mentor specific. Please stop talk bad about Mentor, Mentor is a good company, making good products.
    The management is also capable, I have seen worse.

    What about the letter reps are receiving of being "overpaid." You guys need to Lawyer up and fight this. 1-2 years after leaving the company they are sending letters stating overpayment? If it was that good they would have stayed.

    Yeah, I hear about out higher ups at our trauma departments fighting this stuff and they get some traction. Just get some implants into you, call yourself transgendered and when they cut your pay file a discrimination suit. Then shake that money tree.
