Who are we kidding Biomet? Place a manager in Colorado and expect him to run both states. No representation from Dicken at all . He spends the majority of his time in Colorado , who can blame him his family is there. No direction , all false promises .

 

He will continue to say false promises to you till you leave. He doesn't fix problems, he makes the problems escalate.

 

Anything is probably better than what was in place before these changes. MD is a good guy, successful, but how can he manage from 800-900 mi away????

 

That's the problem , Mike Dicken is not a nice guy nor a good manager.

 

Wow really? I disagree with that comment. Have known Mike for 30 years and he has always been a straight shooter, up front and honest. Maybe you did not like what he had to say to you?

 

Absolutely agree. Mike is a stand up guy with proven successes. I do believe that he has been handed a major challenge. CO and AZ are both a mess and have been for years....it may be too much for any one person to turn these territories around, but Mike is up to the challenge.

 

Ok Mike sure . The proof is in the pudding and I believe Az and Co are tanking. You are in that position because of the " Old Boy " club . Not ABILITY .

Great news , Dickin . Your days are numbered . You tried to save your --- by creating confusion , didn't work though . You and your yes folks will be out . You can not manage Arizona from your home in northern Colorado !! Fact is Az is tanking with no leadership at the top . Z will see that . The folks that put you in place will not be able to protect you .

Better watch it, Zimmer management has deep rooted ties to Martin/Worth and rumor is those guys want back in at any cost.

UPDATE :
Dickin survived and is still useless as ever . Now he is milking a new corporate role . Ray Richmond is OUT as ZimmerBiomet GM but the company had to give him a "position" for Camarata buisness sake . Ray is the biggest joke of all . New Leadership in place and the jury is still out .

 

So.....after all the changes - across the country, not just in AZ, how many former Biomet distributors are still around
