Title says it all. Management is clueless on how to negotiate with insurers and doctors have had enough.

Well yes, we still have a presence in TN. But the previous poster from 2018 is still correct, we are selling doctors on client bill. As if this is a new revolutionary way to sell in the lab business.

Don't worry, we're going to start selling digital pathology to hospitals...wait a second, we're not going to pay reps on this so this is a brilliant idea!

They won’t! Once they see how messed up it is...they move on

 

Who has “moved on”?

 

No idea from the sales side, but every other week someone new is in the lab. We can't keep people at all. Management just micro manages but yet they don't know how to preform any of our jobs.

 

It will continue to happen! Here one day gone the next!

 

2 more lab people gone since this post. 1 of them just no showed I hear. Management is pathetic!

Are teh Chicago investors coming over to fire people?

 

The Chicago OWNERS aren't coming to Nashville to fire anyone. They own a business. They employ people to make decisions and take action.
