Why work here? Ask if any lawsuits have happened from training

I have been through professional training with excellent companies and I wish I could say the same with Wraser. Unfortunately I accept the bad decision i made to work for this company as I had read the other entries and thought this must be just some disgruntled employees. I never took the avenue of talking bad about Wraser and it now has been some time and a connection caught my eye and made me check. I hope that the sales reps are looking for other jobs/careers as unfortunately this will not work. I would hope that the management team would want everyone to be successful as a company should which would make more money for everyone. Even my managers left the company and informed me to ride it out until another position/company comes about. It seriously is a shame with the unethical dilemma's created daily with this company. If the management team wants to talk to me personally please leave me your number here & I will call so that possibly you can be helped going forward.

 

I’ve worked with big pharma and I like this job better. Wraser is a small company and so the training is much different than big pharma. Big pharma doesn’t sell they get paid off of doing paperwork required by many different people justifying their jobs.
With Wraser, if you can sell you will love this job! If your numbers are good you have nothing to worry about.
I don’t mean to knock big pharma, big pharma is great if you don’t mind all the unnecessary work to make management happy. Top reps at Wraser are the real deal.
