Is inventiv responsible for hiring all of the open respiratory positions?

A buddy of mine said one of his pod mates is retiring, I was wondering if his position would be filled with an inventiv rep or if gsk would hire.

I know a couple months ago inventiv hired a bunch of reps for the gsk contract. Just wondering if inventiv was gonna be handling all the hiring from now on.

Does this contract seem pretty reliable? Do You guys think it'll run another 1 to 2 years?

This makes my 4rth contract ive ever worked on, and in my experience none of them are reliable. It coulda last 5 years or 15 days. When you're a contract rep the most important thing you bring to the table is that you are expendable.

Rent-a-reps are the way to go ! The wave of the future. Also known as contract reps. Even if they do not rep for full time of contract.....if GSK were to break it, they still get paid ! It's the way to go !

They always have a job....look at PDI a few years ago........even if a contract is broken. They may have to study more with different products, but they never miss a paycheck.

Outsource all positions to India and Costa Rica. Lazy Americas cost too much.

    Rent-a-reps are the answer.

For all those critics of contract reps you're in luck. Today's PCBI splash screen shows Breo & Advair sales forecast plummeting around July 1st when Advair goes generic. Deja Vu!

Heard they are moving 100 Advair reps to Breo focus from Inventiv. But looking at splash screen looks like we’re all screwed.
