The stock market is sky-rocketing!!! Oh yeah, I can't benefit AS MUCH AS EVERYONE ELSE IN THE INDUSTRY because my 401k match won't be deposited until February.

No worries, it still won't be worth much. Have you looked at the stock lately? In fact, we may be better on the 401k stock by waiting until after the tumble anyways. Maybe eventually it will be worth something? Have you looked at your options lately?

I'd advise anybody thinking about joining Regeneron to make sure you don't take for granted that the 401k program is similar to what you are used to

I know I am going out on a limb here but I am hoping someone will be kind.

Looking at a job at Regeneron in Oncology. The recruiter didn't know how many stock options they grant as part of the sign on package. Anyone willing to give me an idea or general range??

There is no plan to change how options are issued, this has been raised again and again and leadership just doesn’t care how badly this is impacting employees

lroblem is not enough people making noise, this is a good company for its products and work life quality is good but overall compensation is middle of the pack at very best

Yeah, and if your options tripled in value you wouldn’t be complaining.
