This Company is just a joke when it comes to recruiting. Have you seen some of the recruiters on LinkedIn? All are females young w/ zero if any Pharma experience. How can anyone recruit that has very little if any Pharma experience? They are told to listen for key words like Competitive, Team and Presidents club but none of them have ever been associated w/ any of these words. If you ask them a question about their experience they get all defensive. These people are a waste of time, wouldn’t it be easier to just randomly select resumes for the job or interview since real life experience Dosent matter anyway.
