Amazing number of "wild cards" handed out as GC winners. So many DM's from Hospital and Spec who actually won, but, were cut. So effing funny.

they get AIP which is twice the average payout, they don't work Thursdays or Fridays during the summer and never come in before 8 AM during the week, they get free gym membership, a daily spend allowance on meals, and don't produce crap for the company. WTF. Outsource training, because they only use agencies to do the work, outsource HR because they never make a decision on their own and pay everyone more. We need to thin out home office and double down on sales incentives to make this work. look at every other pharma company; that's not who we want to be
